Emma Elnaugh joined Horsham Matters as General Manager in May 2018. Emma has responsibility for the strategic development of the charity including the continuous improvement and progression of our services to the most vulnerable residents of Horsham whilst ensuring the sustainability of the Charity.
Paula Daly is our Community Fundraiser. Paula supports the charity to raise funds through events, grant applications as well as visiting groups and organisations to promote our work. If you are taking part in a bike ride, marathon or other sponsored event please contact Paula.

Mike Pell joined Horsham as Logistics Supervisor in December 2018. Mike supervises the Charity’s Logistics team, his role is to ensure an efficient service to and from the Charity Shop as well as client and customer deliveries. Mike also supports the on-line sales service and other Logistics projects such as relocations.
The Logistics Team consists of: Chris, James and Dan.
Community Support Co-ordinator
Kathryn McCarthy is the Community Support Co-ordinator, her role is to work directly with our clients, partner agencies and our in-house team of staff and volunteers to ensure sensitive and timely support for those facing hardship, including the provision of the Foodbank.
Reception & Admin Assistant
Karen joined us in October 2019. Karen supports the Logistics Supervisor by arranging collections and deliveries, as well as working with our team of office volunteers.
Jez joined us last year as Retail Supervisor. He works alongside our volunteers to ensure that our Charity Shop is well stocked and looks great too.
Tracy joined us last year, she works alongside our volunteers. Tracy has a fantastic passion for visual merchandising.
