Make a Financial Donation
We are so grateful to our supporters who support us financially. We would not be able to offer assistance to our community without their support.
There are different ways to support us financially:
Make a one off donation
Every little bit helps! Whether its £5 or £50, every donation helps us support someone in our community that is experiencing hardship.
- £19 will fund 3 days of emergency food provision for a single person
- £21 will buy a kettle for someone newly housed
- £45 will fund a 3-day food bank parcel for a family of 4
- £49 will fund a gas/electricity voucher for someone who is experiencing energy poverty
- £80 will provide a double mattress for someone newly housed

Become a regular donor
If you are able to make a regular donation to Horsham Matters, you’ll know your money is being well spent helping a local person struggling to make ends meet.
Your support will ensure that we can direct money where it’s needed to help those in the Horsham District facing challenges we never want to face – the choice of heating our homes or feeding our families.
It is quick and easy to set up a monthly payment and any amount is welcome!
Leave us a gift in your will
Gifts in Wills help us to provide practical help and hope to Horsham District residents who are experiencing hardship.
These gifts have a huge impact on our ability to be agile and offer support to residents where it is needed the most.
Any gift, any size is appreciated and will make such a difference in someone’s life.

Payroll Giving (Give as You Earn)
Payroll giving is a simple way to make regular donations straight from your salary. Plus, it’s tax-free!
If your employer operates a payroll giving scheme, charity donations can be deducted from your gross salary before tax – so they cost you less and the taxman makes up the difference.
Payroll Giving is a valuable, long term source of revenue, providing regular income to help Horsham Matters budget and plan ahead more effectively.
To set up a regular gift, contact your employer’s payroll department. If they do not have a suitable scheme in place, they can set one up free of charge, simply by contacting an approved Payroll Giving Agency, like Charities Aid Foundation.
