Our stalls, games and Hub on the Move service helped bring families together for a busy day of fun, fundraising and community support.
About the Event
What a fantastic day we had at this year’s Funday Sunday! The event, ran by Horsham Rotary Club brought our community together for a busy, fun-filled day – something we were delighted to be a part of, your support helping us raise a massive £404 for the local community.
Games, Prizes & Plenty of Fun
The event was busy from start to finish, with plenty of families stopping by our stall to take part in the children’s activities. Our tombola, pottery painting and splat the rat were a big hit with those who visited us, and we kept people smiling with plenty of sweets and toys won throughout the day!
Bringing Support Closer to Communities
Alongside our games and activities, we showcased our Hub on the Move Mobile Foodbank Service to help raise awareness of the support available within our community. Visitors were invited to step inside, look around and talk with our team to learn more about how the service operates, including the difference it makes to the Horsham District.
Our Mobile Foodbank helps reach people in isolated communities, helping bring essential support closer to those who may struggle to access it.
