Household essentials support

Horsham Matters may be able to provide support with essential household items and white goods for individuals and families experiencing financial hardship. Allowing them access to essential items such as:

• Beds and wardrobes
• Sofas
• Kitchen packs
• Linen packs
• White goods

In 2025, we provided 85 essential household packs to people in need.

All applications are means tested, and support is subject to eligibility criteria. To assess your application, you will need to provide:

• Your most recent three months of bank statements
• Proof of address
• A valid form of identification

Referrals can also be made on your behalf by professionals, including support workers, social services, housing officers, charities, and other support agencies.
