We are a local charity supporting individuals and families through crisis and towards stability. Every day we see how quickly life can change, and how powerful community support can be.
Grant funding helps us reach more people, respond faster and plan sustainably for the future.
How you can support Horsham Matters
Unrestricted Funding
We can’t run our services without funding to keep the lights on, pay our rent and keep our phone lines open. Flexible funding to cover our core costs are just as vital as those that help us run our projects.
Foodbank
When food is running out and things feel urgent, we are here to help. We run 15 foodbank sessions across Horsham District, including our Hub on the Move mobile foodbank, which travels to surrounding villages.
Connecting Cafés
We know social isolation is an issue alongside food poverty. Our community cafés in Roffey and Pulborough are warm, friendly places to meet new people and get a nutritious meal, with no charge for those who are facing hardship.
Outreach & Support
Our goal is not just to respond to crisis, but to end the need for foodbanks altogether by tackling the root causes of hardship. Our friendly and knowledgeable advisors offer confidential, practical support to help residents regain control of their situation and build a stable future.
Essential Household Items
We make a house a home for residents moving on from homelessness, temporary accommodation or fleeing domestic violence. Providing the essentials such as a bed or cooking utensils gives those in crisis the chance to start again and look to the future with hope.
