Foodbank and fuel vouchers

Do we delivery food parcels?

Sorry, we don’t have capacity to deliver food parcels. We do have a full schedule of foodbanks including our mobile Hub on the Move throughout the week which you can attend.

 

Can you use the food voucher more than once?

Each time you need to use the foodbank you will be issue with a onetime use code. We are able to issue a voucher every fortnight should you need one. Please contact the office;  0300 124 0204 or via our info@horsham-matters.org.uk for a new voucher code.

 

What do I need to do for a fuel voucher?

If you have a prepayment meter and are not in debt to your provider you can apply for an electricity and/or gas voucher. You need to provide documents to see if we can help you. Please call 0300 124 0204 or email info@horsham-matters.org.uk to discuss further

 

Shopping

Is Redkiln a shop still?

No, that building is now our foodbank, foodbank warehouse and storage for our online items. We have an amazing store in West Street, Love it Again which holds all of our quirky, vintage and unique items. All of our large furniture items are on our online shop.

I have bought an item on your online store; can you deliver it?

Yes, we deliver larger furniture items. Small bric a brac items will need to be collected from 1 Redkiln Close, Monday to Friday 10-2pm. Delivery is free of charge in the district but a charge will apply for an outside of area delivery.

I would like to see an item that is on the online shop before I purchase

Donations

I would like to donate food

Please drop in your donations to our shopping trolley outside 1 Redkiln Close; Monday to Friday; 9.30am – 4.00pm

 

Do we accept donations at Love it Again in West Street?

No, we take delivery of small bric a brac items at 1 Redkiln close, Monday to Friday, 10-2pm. For larger items, including, furniture please send in a picture of it to, info@horsham-matters.org.uk and we will book in a collection.

Do you need pictures of the furniture?

Yes, please as we will then be able to see if we have space for your items. We have a small warehouse and therefore tried to avoid too much of one type of item.

Do you collect items?

Yes, we can book in a collection of furniture and/or a few boxes of bric-a-brac. Collection is free of charge across the District.

 

Other

Do we provide a house removal service?

Sorry, we aren’t able to help with removals.
