Returns Policy

Our stock is generally pre-owned and donated by members of the public. We carry out thorough checks of all items prior to being available for sale at our Charity Superstore,

There may be occasion when you may wish to return an item to us. 


I have purchased an item in your store but it is faulty? 

Within 30 days of purchase you are able to return your item to us with your receipt for a full refund.

If your item becomes faulty between 30 days and 6 months after purchase you will be offered an alternative item if that is possible or a credit note.


I have purchased an item in your store but have changed my mind

Within 30 days; if in the event you no longer want an item you have purchased, but it is not faulty you will be issued with a credit note. You will need to return the item with your receipt.


I have bought an item from your online store 

If you wish to return an item you have purchased from our online store you will need to notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods. You have 14 days from notifying us to return the goods to us. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days.

The refund and returns process for faulty goods purchased online is the same as our standard store policy
