THE HORSHAM MATTERS TEAM

The Charity currently has a Board of 5 volunteer Trustees, all with varied experiences. The role of the Board is to ensure that the Charity complies with the Charity Commission and Companies House regulations. The General Manager works with the Board to develop the strategic direction of the Charity.

We have 12 paid members of staff which ensure the safe and smooth running of the charity. We rely heavily upon a large group of volunteers, approximately 300, which work across the shop, warehouse, office, foodbank, night shelter, community meal, market and supporting our fundraising efforts.
